Our journey began with a simple love for coffee and a passion for creating memorable experiences. It all started with a dream and a shared love for the perfect cup of coffee. Inspired by the bustling coffee culture of California, our founders set out to create a space where friends could gather, conversations could flow, and exceptional coffee could be savoured. What began as a humble endeavour has blossomed into a beloved community hub where locals and visitors alike come to unwind, recharge, and connect.

In 2025, Oak Grove Baptist Church became Elmo Community Church—a new name that reflects our ongoing mission: to love Jesus, serve Elmo, and welcome everyone like family.

While the name is new, our heart is the same. We’re still the same church, with the same faith, stepping into a new season of growth, outreach, and hope for our community.

Our Vision

At Elmo Community Church, we’re building a Christ-centered community where people of all ages can grow in faith, build lasting relationships, and live out God’s mission together.
